External SPARC users should enter their MyWisconsin ID email address to log into SPARC.  Click the MY WISCONSIN ID button to begin.

State Employees should click the STATE EMPLOYEE button to be taken to the SPARC Portal Home page.

If you do not yet have a MyWisconsin ID, create one using your business email address at the DOA MyWisconsin ID web page.  You will then need to request SPARC access from the SPARC Team before you will be able to log in.
